Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Returns made after 14 days from the stamped date of shipment will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are sent back in original condition. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not accept exchanges, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place another order for the new product.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you would like to make a return, please reach out to Zoho Concept Store Customer Service at zohoconceptstore@gmail.com to verify return eligibility before sending pieces back.

Please provide us with the following:
Reason for return, order number, and product description.
Once your return has been approved, please pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip with the indicated information above.

Refunds will be processed once the item(s) has been received and inspected. If eligible, a refund/store credit will be issued for the original purchase price. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to process.

Credit Card and PayPal refunds will only be credited to the credit card or account used on the original purchase. It will take up to 10 days from the date Zoho Concept Store has received your return for your account to be credited.
